Anyway, day 3 is a “a song that makes you happy.” so here we go.
The song is called “Speed Of Sound” by Chris Bell. I first heard it one the Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist soundtrack, and i just really like it. Its a great little, simple song, that I especially like waking up to.
that awkward moment when you're
brittany-carel:
stuck in traffic & someone is dropping like it’s hot,
at those peaceful yoga lessons & someone is dropping like it’s hot,
even when fishing, someone is dropping like it’s hot.
omg. i cant stop laughing.

But the album that really started to shape me as a music lover, and as a musician was the bands 2004 album “How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb.” HTDAAB was the first U2 album i owned, and i think...

Pay Up.
this is from Jesse Jame’s blog over at http://buttpee.blogspot.com i have sort of looked up to Jesse since i was in jr. high as a kind of inspiration. Yeah sure, he’s kind of crazy, weird, and messed up, but we all are to some degree. But his work ethic and (changing) outlook on life has always been inspiring. The most inspiring thing about his work ethic was this “I always said...

i feel some depression coming on, or rather, creeping up, and I dont know what its from…or do I? Its coming up on a year since The Great War, which was the darkest point of my life, and even though things have made a drastic change for the better since then, i cant help but think of it. Where we both went wrong, what we did right, and how i can use those experiences to try and never let...
